By accessing or using the Up Lifting application or website (https://uplifting.fit), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Up Lifting offers free core features as well as optional Pro subscriptions billed periodically (monthly or annually) via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Account Settings.
3. Intellectual Property
The Up Lifting app, website design, branding, code, and custom features are the exclusive property of Morgan Archer and hyperfixation.dev.
4. Health Disclaimer
Up Lifting is a workout tracking tool intended for informational use. Always consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking heavy strength training or modifying your fitness regimen.
